Troubleshooting & Edge Cases

This guide covers common edge cases, errors, and how to resolve them.

Page Not Found (404)

If you see a "Page Not Found" screen, the URL you accessed does not exist. Click "Go to Home" to return to the dashboard.

Group Not Found

If you try to access a group and see "Group not found", it may be because:

• The group ID is invalid.
• You do not have permission to view the group (e.g., you are not a member of a private group).
• The group has been deleted.

Service Unavailable

If the application shows "Service Unavailable" or fails to fetch data:

• Check your internet connection.
• This might be due to a temporary connection issue or server maintenance. Click "Try Again" to refetch.

Identity Verification Blocked

If your verification is blocked (e.g., duplicate account detected):

• You cannot proceed with group creation or joining.
• Contact support via the live chat widget to resolve the issue.

Failed to Join Group

If you cannot join a group, check if:

• The group is already at max capacity.
• The group is active and no longer accepting members.
• You have reached your own account limit for groups.
